Founded in 2001, Precision Healthcare Delivery (PHD) is a privately held physician services company based in Louisville, Kentucky. Senior Management consists of three health care professionals with over 50 years of combined experience. Current customers include two Independent Physician Associations (IPA), several physician practices, 15 health plans and several brokers.
Our Mission
The qualified and dedicated staff of PHD provides unsurpassed practice management services to physician groups. Each client, whether a medical group or a solo-practioner, has individual needs - our goal is to meet each one of those needs and then to go a step further.

- Obtained his Master of Health Administration degree and transitioned from private practice to full time VP Medical Affairs for a 110,000 member HMO in Massachusetts. He then worked for two startup HMOs in Kentucky -- Healthsource and CIGNA -- as well as a private medical management company.
